Sint-Maarten Police Hosts CARICOM Delegation for Regional Collaboration

PHILIPSBURG – The Sint-Maarten Police Force (KPSM) hosted a CARICOM delegation on Friday, January 10, 2025, to discuss regional collaboration in law enforcement.
The meeting focused on enhancing information-sharing and developing strategies to tackle shared security challenges across the Caribbean. Police Chief Carl John highlighted the importance of strong regional partnerships to bolster safety and stability. Future collaborations are expected following the formalization of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between KPSM and CARICOM.

On behalf of KPSM John expressed gratitude to the representatives for their commitment to fostering meaningful regional alliances.
