ORANJESTAD, St. Eustatius – The Government of St. Eustatius, in collaboration with Dutch organization Bazalt Wonen, is developing a site on the island to construct 36 homes aimed at reducing the social housing waiting list.
To move the project forward, the government is actively seeking a contractor to prepare the site and construct the necessary above- and underground infrastructure. This initiative marks a significant step in addressing the growing demand for affordable housing on the island.
Commitment
According to the Government of Statia, the project underscores the commitment of parties to improve living conditions and provide more housing opportunities for residents in need.
