
CEDE ARUBA, in collaboration with ‘Stichting Koninklijke Nederlandse Kinderpostzegels’, is looking for a Regional Manager to support the implementation of an exciting multi-island program focused on strengthening the resilience of children, youth, and communities in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
During a period of 3 years, you will work closely with regional implementing partners in Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, SABA and Statia, supporting program implementation, strengthening local organizations, and facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange across the islands.
The Regional Manager Caribbean Resilience Program is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and management of the Caribbean Resilience Program. The role focuses on strengthening resilience among children, families, and communities across the Caribbean region through strategic program development and partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Caribbean Resilience Program across participating islands
• Coordinate program implementation, planning, and monitoring
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and international partners
• Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee reporting, evaluation, and impact measurement
• Identify opportunities for program growth and development
• Support and guide local project teams and stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in an international or regional context
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, or development organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
