KRALENDIJK – Stichting Mariadal has announced that the situation regarding the norovirus in the nursing home is fully under control. The affected residents have recovered, and no new cases of infection have been reported.

For this reason, all precautionary measures have been lifted with immediate effect. Care staff no longer need to wear personal protective equipment, and visits are once again fully permitted without any additional restrictions.

Stichting Mariadal says to be thankful to all employees, residents, and family members for their patience, cooperation, and understanding during the past period. “Thanks to the joint efforts, further spread of the virus has been prevented, and the safety of the residents has been safeguarded”.
