Willemstad- A big conference on Youth Crime is taking place today and tomorrow in the Hilton Hotel in Curaçao. The conference is organized by the Ambulante Justitiële Jeugdzorg Curaçao (AJJC). Some of the topics treated are Youth Gangs in the Caribbean, educational problems in local youth, ways to combat youth crime as good as possible and cooperation between partners in the justice chain.

The title of the conference is: “The problem is of nobody (in particular), but the solutions is of us all”. There are various speakers, both local and foreign.

There are various representatives of Bonaire also take part in the conference.
