Philipsburg- Haitian-based Sunrise Airways is Winair’s newest airline partner. Sunrise will be replacing Pawa Dominicana on Winair’s flights between Sint Maarten and the Haitian Capital Port-Au-Prince. This was communicated yesterday by Winair’s Management in a release sent out to local media.
“Winair will continue twice weekly service PAP-SXM-PAP each Wednesday and Saturday utilizing a state of the art AB-320 with a passenger capacity of 138 economy seats and 12 business class seats. With this equipment enhancement Winair will be offering the latest technology to transport our customers to and
from Port au Prince”, according to Winair’s statement.
Winair’s CEO and president, Michael Cleaver said that Haiti is an important market, which is often overlooked. “We are very proud to continue to serve this market in partnership with Sunrise Airways”, said Cleaver.
