Oranjestad – The Public Prosecutor’s office, because of a lack of evidence, has dismissed the criminal case against A.J.J.E. (66) from St Eustatius.
A.J.J.E. was suspected of mistreating schoolchildren aged 6 and 7 years old and of having carried out a lewd act. KPCN St. Eustatius carried out an investigation in cooperation with specialized investigators from KPCN Bonaire. The parents and school director attended an information meeting Monday evening, where the Public Prosecutor’s Office explained its decision and gave the parents the opportunity to ask questions.
