Commissioner Statia hands over key to 2017 Carnival

Commissioner Joselito Statia together with this year’s Prins & Pancho as well as the Carnival Queen and her first runner-up
Kralendijk- Commissioner Joselito Statia last Friday during a short ceremony handed over the symbolic key to the 2017 Carnival to Prins Sinku (five) and Pancho Elemento (elements). In the meantime the children’s parade has already taken place. The island is now gearing up for the Grand Marcha which will take place coming Saturday (in Rincon) and Sunday (in Kralendijk).
