ORANJESTAD- The price for one liter of fuel is currently the most expensive on St. Eustatius, after the latest adaptation of prices.
Currently, a liter of gasoline on Bonaire costs 1 dollar and 44 cents, while a liter of diesel will cost motorists 1 dollar and 18 sent.
On Saba the current price is $1.47 for gasoline and $1.28 for a liter of diesel. On St. Eustatius however, a liter of gasoline will cost motorists $1.67 and $1.71 for a liter of gas oil (diesel).
This means that motorists pay 20 cents per liter more on St. Eustatius to fill up their tanks with gasoline, compared to Saba. When it comes to diesel, the difference is a whopping 43 cents per liter more than is the case on Saba.
