Philipsburg – In keeping with EOC protocol of social distancing, WINAIR will close their sales office to the public effective Tuesday March 24, 2020 until further notice.

Their call center will remain open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm to assist their customers.

WINAIR has discontinued all scheduled flights until April 6, 2020, but has the ability to perform charter services 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm, provided that the current protocols permit the requested flight.

As the current COVID-19 situation is very fluid, please be advised that changes may occur at any time. Regularly check their website and Facebook pages, where they will update the public of any changes that may occur.

They also would like to give their customers peace of mind; the value of your ticket is safe. If you had a flight scheduled during this period, you will receive a voucher for future travel. Take your time to reorganize your travel plans, as you have a whole year to decide when to use it.
