PHILIPSBURG – Between February 9th and 15th, 2025, the Sint Maarten Police Force (KPSM) conducted safety checks near Harold Jack on Brouwers Road, issuing multiple fines for traffic violations and arresting several suspects.

A stolen vehicle was recovered, leading to the driver’s arrest. Another stop uncovered ammunition, resulting in one suspect’s detention. A separate incident revealed a large quantity of narcotics, with both the driver and a passenger taken into custody.

One detainee, unable to pay his fine, brought officers to his residence where additional drugs, paraphernalia, and cash were discovered. These findings led to further confiscations and ongoing investigations
