Kralendijk– Sea Turtle Conservation Bonaire (STCB) has announced a change to the management structure of the organization, effective January 1st, 2020.
After 15 years of employment, STCB’s current Manager, Mabel Nava, has decided to step down. Her position will be taken by Kaj Schut, who has been working as a Communications Coordinator with STCB since August 2016.
This change has been implemented through a planned and deliberate transition involving STCB’s Board of Directors, Management and staff. To ensure a smooth transition, Mabel Nava will continue to serve on a part time basis as an advisor and mentor to the new Manager and the Board of Directors.
Sea Turtle Conservation Bonaire (STCB) is a non-governmental research and conservation organization that has been protecting sea turtles since 1991.
