Kralendijk – The new Maduro and Curiel’s Bank (Bonaire)’ Smart Branch’ in Hato as of today is open to the public of the island.

“We thank the community, and in particular our customers, for your patience during the renovation period. We are delighted that we are open again to welcome all our customers to this new, broad branch, with modern technology, where you can conduct your personal banking transactions in a pleasant atmosphere”, said Managing Director Leonard Domacassé.

Domacassé explained that customers, upon entering the new branch, will be received by “branch ambassadors”, who will provide necessary assistance or directions. The renovated branch also offers WiFi, MCB Online and Mobile Banking. The branch furthermore has a digital space, where tablets can be used. and an employee assists the customers with all internet services.

At the cash desk there is the new and modern system of “cash recyclers”, with which counter transactions are processed faster than before. There is also an ATM inside the branch. As was the case before, the Hato branch will still offer drive through ATM and drive through cash deposit for customers.
