Kralendijk- Commissioner Nina den Heyer has made use of her presence in the Netherlands to visit the various stands representing Bonaire at the annual Emigration Fair in Houten. The commissioner this week is in Holland for various meetings about a number of topics important to the island.
Bonaire was very well represented at the exchange with their own “street”, the Kaya Bonaire. The commissioner was able to observe first-hand how busy the crew of the Ban Boneiru Bèk was providing information to fellow islanders who are considering returning to the island.
On the picture among others commissioner Den Heyer with 2 driving forces behind the Ban Boneiru Bèk Foundation, Celia Fernandes Pedra and Hans Evers.
