Kralendijk -The Government of Bonaire is currently working on improvement of the road leaading to Lac. The state of the road leading to the poplular spot has been bad for some time now.

The deparment of Planning and Development is supervising the work to be exectuted. In order to get the road in a better condition, the top layer of the dirt road will be removed and holes will be filled with new dirt, before being compacted.

The expected duration of the road work is about 4 working days. People driving to Lac are asked to drive with care and expect some delays and possible detours on the way to Lac.
