The Precious Diamonds group is always good for a lot of creativity and enthusiasm.
Kralendijk- The big carnival parade in Bonaire, this year somewhat smaller compared to previous year, brought out more people than normal. The different troupes were in general well presented with lots of colors and creative outfits.

George Michel’s enormous Road Piece, was -as has been the case in past years- one of the most admired presentations.

The parade this year had a lot of dazzling colors.

The group with commissioner Nina den Heyer and former commissioner James Kroon, depicting (ineffective) road workers, drew a lot of laughter.

The group depicting bats was also quite colorful and original.
