Willemstad- Travelers with a sweet tooth will be elated with the reopening of various food outlets with sweet offerings at Hato International Airport.

Now that the construction is coming to an end, various concessions which were previously already established at Hato airport, are reopening their doors. Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Cinnabon and Juan Valdez Cafe are now located in a new area adjacent to Subway, which was also added as part of the expanded food offerings at the airport.

While Juan Valdez continued to have an outlet land side in both the check in area and the departure hall, Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon were not operational during the expansion project which has, in total, taken about two years to complete.

The airport now counts with a Wendy’s, Subway, Juan Valdez Café, Auntie Anne’s and a new addition: pancakes and waffles, which are all accessible to the general public.

The food offerings in the departure hall have also been expanded quite drastically with the implementation of the new ‘Marshe’ concept as well as Cafe22. Juan Valdez also has a small cafe in the departure lounge, close to gate 1, 2 and 3.
