Kralendijk- Laura & William Pontin from United Kingdom yesterday received their special gold ambassador medal. The Pontins have been visiting Bonaire for 22 years.
The couple was initially not aware of the existence of TCB’s Ambassador Program. They were informed by an employee of Belmar and were totally surprised and happy to hear they would qualify for the Gold Ambassador recognition.
Laura has, over the years, collected charms from Littman Jewelers every time they visited Bonaire. Laura now has over 20 Bonaire charms on her bracelet, which she wares on special occasions as was the case yesterday for the recognition as special tourism ambassador.
