Kralendijk- The new Executive Council of Bonaire is finally complete now that a third commissioner has been named by the fraction of the Democratic Party formed by Robby Beukenboom and Mirugia Janga.

The naming of the commissioner on behalf of the DP-fraction comes nearly two weeks after a new government coalition had been formed by various fractions in the Island Council, such as the UPB of party leader James Kroon, former UPB-members Jeanoushka Raphaela and Esther Bernabela and Robby Beukenboom and Marugia Janga was a fraction within the Democratic Party.

Rumor has it that the DP-fraction had a very hard time to identify someone willing to take up the position as commissioner, something not totally surprising in the light of the extreme political instability of the last few months.

The new commissioner has been working for the Public Entity Bonaire since the year 2006 at the department of Economic Affairs and the directorate of Space and Development respectively.
