ORANJESTAD- Para Mira on St. Eustatius is introducing a new menu with new recipes and options. New are, among others, a Surinamese Saoto Soup, a BBQ Chicken Pumpkin Pancake and a Creole brunch.
The operators of the restaurant say they are excited with the introduction of the new and expanded offerings, which became available on Monday.
