Kralendijk- TCB this year has taken a different and more active approach in promoting the upcoming Dia di Rincon celebrations to visitors arriving at Flamingo Airport.

A display has been erected in the arrival area drawing attention to Dia di Rincon and visitors are greeted by ladies wearing traditional/folkloric costumes.

The idea, according to TCB, is to make visitors more aware of Dia di Rincon and promote a visit to Rincon village on April 30th. The setup is visually appealing and will surely draw the needed attention, while providing some nice photo opportunities at the same time.

Dia di Rincon is wildly popular on neighboring Curaçao but not always as known as of yet to international visitors. TCB hopes to change this with the display at Flamingo Airport and promotion around Rincon’s Flag Day celebrations.
