ORANJESTAD- The parenting resource centre to help parents, caregivers and educators access to various support services, called The Rock was officially opened on Friday, June 30.
Goal of the centre which is located at the Fr. Van Teefelenweg 8 is to to prevent family issues from escalating and requiring more intensive support later on.
