Kralendijk, February 13, 2018 – Water- en Energiebedrijf Bonaire N.V. (WEB) has reported a police file relating to theft of tubes that were left behind by the previous owner of the Barcadera site.
Possibly the tubes contain asbestos whereas WEB wants to spread awareness of the risks the tubes can have for the public health. By reading the following link it can provide more information about the risks: https://goo.gl/CAhJZJ.
WEB is calling people whom have more information about the theft as well as the location of the tubes. Please report any information you have to the Corps Police Dutch Caribbean (KPCN), in order that police can take measurements to mitigate risks for the public health.
