THE BOTTOM – On Thursday, February 22, 2024, Mr. Frank Dörschner and Ms. Constance P. Clement were granted Dutch citizenship through the naturalization process.
The ceremony occurred in the presence of Island Governor Jonathan Johnson. Public Entity Saba extended their sincere congratulations to the new Dutch Citizens.
