Kralendijk – These are the predictions of coral bleaching for the region. According to Caribbean Coral Reef Watch, monthly global temperatures continue to be among the warmest ever recorded. Bonaire may be spared a severe bleaching event with widespread bleaching and coral dying. Bonaire can expect mild bleaching as they have in recent years starting in September.
